Hester's Homestead is a game made by Prairie Giraffe, LLC, of Gillette, Wyoming, USA. By playing it, you agree to these terms. We kept them short.
There's nothing to buy, no ads and no subscription. You can play it for your own enjoyment and learning, and share it with anyone.
Your progress is saved on your own device, not on our servers, and there are no accounts. If you delete the app or lose your phone, your farm goes with it, and we can't bring it back.
The game teaches general ideas about working with AI tools. It's a game, not professional advice: use your own judgment when you try these ideas at work or at home.
If you send a note through "Write to us," please keep it friendly and don't include anything you'd rather we didn't see. We may use your ideas to improve the game, with no obligation to either of us. How we handle notes is in our privacy policy.
Copy and resell the game, its art or its writing, or try to break, flood or misuse the "Write to us" service. The game, its characters, art and writing belong to Prairie Giraffe, LLC.
We work hard to make the game good, but it's provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Prairie Giraffe, LLC isn't liable for any loss from using it, including a lost farm. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
We may update the game and these terms. If the terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
